I got a letter about a recall on my car, called and was told to bring it in and they would replace the part for me in about an hour. I brought my car in and gave them my recall letter, they showed me to the waiting area. Soon they came to let me know that a second recall was found when they pulled it up on the computer and that it would be a bit longer, they asked if I wanted them to do both or come back for the other. I waited, everyone was nice, they all asked if I needed anything, and came back often to update me on the progress. It was a painfree visit and I would recommend them to anyone. Read More >>
